So I am sure that by now, you have seen other articles discussing this topic because our mental health has never been more important.
I may be telling you something that you have already been told but a friend of mine (Let's call her BOB) has been struggling over her anxiety from the pandemic.
So in honor of BOB, I wanted to put together my own guide just to add another location where people in need can find resources for help.

I know it can be uncomfortable at first but in the long run, you will know that you made the right choice.
