MANCHESTER – Four people were arrested after a traffic stop revealed a plethora of narcotics offenses.

On March 19th, members of the Narcotics Enforcement Team observed a vehicle in the Pine Lake Park section of Manchester Township.

The occupants of the vehicle briefly met with occupants of another vehicle at a different location.

Both vehicles were stopped and officers conducted a search of both vehicles.

The search yielded 30 bags of heroin, one gram of cocaine, 26 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia having a street value of $600.00.

Troy Ksyniak, 20, of Bayville was charged with Possession of Heroin, Cocaine, Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia, a Device to Defraud a Drug Test, Failure to Surrender a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Loitering for the Purpose to Obtain a Controlled Dangerous Substance. Kysniak is lodged at the Ocean County Jail.

George Cook, 26, of Manchester was charged with Conspiracy to Possess Heroin and Cocaine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Failure to Surrender a Controlled Dangerous Substance, and Loitering for the Purpose to Obtain a Controlled Dangerous Substance. Cook was released on a summons.

Melissa Szewczyk, 24, of Toms River was charged with Possession of Cocaine and Loitering for the Purpose to Obtain a Controlled Dangerous Substance. Szewczyk was released on a summons.

Michael Shecton, 27, of Manchester was charged with Conspiracy to Possess Cocaine and Loitering for the Purpose to Obtain a Controlled Dangerous Substance. Shecton was released on a summons.

Both vehicles involved in the incident were seized pending forfeiture.
