It is summer at the Jersey Shore, a huge time of year here in the Garden State. Millions visit the state during summer and tourism is huge for New Jersey.

To avoid any extra headaches this week, if your drive usually takes you through Lakewood you may want to leave extra early or find another way to your destination.

From the Parkway to roads in Lakewood, to Route 35 - these are the WORST PLACES you'll hit traffic in Ocean County according to you!

In an earlier post, we mentioned that road construction was going to begin in Downtown Toms River. This construction began on June 1st and you may see crews working, especially from 7 pm to 6 am, and with that road closures and detours in the Downtown district in Toms River.
