The turkey has been roasted, the stuffing has been stuffed, and I am pretty sure I gained 20 lbs. this past weekend which means Thanksgiving is officially over.

But what on earth are you supposed to do with all of the leftover food in your fridge? Well do not fear because your food-obsessed midday host is here! Take a look at some ideas so your leftovers don't go to waste!

1. Sandwich

There are so many different combinations that can be made here. Whether you want turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, gravy, or a completely different combination, you can create a delicious snack that will remind you of the warm feeling that Thanksgiving brings. PS. Don't forget Ross's moist maker trick from F.R.I.E.N.D.S.

2. Eggrolls

I happened to see this idea online a few weeks ago. The recipe itself said to use turkey stuffing and cranberry sauce but I am sure there is room for leniency. Put this combination in an eggroll sheet, fry them up, and ta da!

3. Pot Pie

You can use any combination of turkey, gravy, vegetables, or mashed potatoes for a cozy dinner. Just light a fire, put on some sweatpants, and you are good to go.

4. Thanksgiving Salad On Top Of Toasted Focaccia

Mix your turkey, green beans, and cranberry sauce with a half a cup of mayonnaise and throw it on top of a toasted piece of focaccia bread for a hardy treat. Sounds delightful if you ask me.

5. Empanadas

You can make turkey empanadas, stuffing empanadas, mashed potato empanadas or a mixture! Plus, your leftover cranberry sauce would work as a great dipping sauce!

6.  Quesadillas

While my first thought would be to make a turkey quesadilla, I have heard of people adding stuffing or mashed potatoes to the mix. Definitely a concoction that is worth trying.
