Not everyone feels the same way about the Old Farmer's Almanac. Some people think it's unreliable, and others swear by it.
I am firmly in the camp of loving it if it tells me what I want to hear, and laughing at it when it doesn't. So, am I going to be laughing about the forecast for us this Thanksgiving?
Let's start with the good news for the thousands of us who will be traveling for the Thanksgiving holiday. It doesn't look like you'll be dealing with snow in our neck of the woods.
Long Range Weather For New Jersey
Unless you're traveling to the extreme northeast of the United States, snow isn't an issue. For us, it looks like we'll have some cooler temperatures, but sunny skies will dominate our Thanksgiving holiday.

If you're wondering if we've ever had snow for Thanksgiving in New Jersey, the answer is yes, several times.
One of the biggest storms was in 1989, when parts of the state were blanketed with 6 inches of accumulation.
Will Thanksgiving Be Sunny In New Jersey?
Fortunately for us, that doesn't look like it will be the case this year, at least not according to the Old Farmer's Almanac.

And this time around, I'm putting my support 100% behind this forecast. We'll take some sunny weather this Thanksgiving in New Jersey.
