Honestly, I was hoping to start the new year healthier than I have been. I got COVID at the end of December and since then, I haven't been 100%. Plus, the winter weather has been interfering with my daily boardwalk runs. No excuses though, I'll be better in February. Memorial Day Weekend and beach season will be here before you know it!
