Now you know how it feels to be alone and cooped up. Please rescue this dog and others in the shelter.

This sweet, sensitive, 50-pound, 3.5-year-old Lab/Beagle mix is a true 'velcro' dog.

Adam was heartworm-positive and needed a quiet home until his treatment was over, so he has been living with a foster family. He has now finished his treatment and is available for adoption.

This precious boy would really thrive in an environment where his parents are home all the time, because he suffers from separation anxiety.

Adam loves his toys and playtime. And would do best in a home where his future family is around often so he doesn’t ever have to feel alone. Awwwwww!!!

If you are interested in learning more about Adam please call the Monmouth County SPCA at 732-440-1536 to speak to a canine adoption team member and make an appointment to see him.

Also, with kitten season right around the corner, the MCSPCA is looking for new foster homes! If you are interested in becoming a kitten foster please email Kelsey@monmouthcountyspca.org for more information!
The MCSPCA wants to remind you that they are open for adoptions by appointment only so that they can keep everyone safe and a respectable social-distance apart, but now more than ever, especially if your family is remaining at home and you are working from home, let's get these dogs out of the shelter. You now know firsthand what it feels like to be cooped up and how stressful it is for a dog to spend too much time in a shelter. Let's clear the shelters and receive unconditional love while we are self-isolating and beyond!!!!!
