Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes Divorce Already Settled

Well that was quick.

Just about a week after it was announced that they were divorcing, and a divorce war appeared to start, TomKat have settled their divorce.

TMZ reports that the case was settled and an agreement was signed today.

Terms of the settlement were not released, but it was previously reported that Cruise wanted the settlement to include an agreement that he would maintain contact with the couple's daughter, Suri.

I'm still pretty sure he's crazy pants and she probably should have left him years ago.
