Here’s What the Toms River Halloween Parade Looked Like in 2007
Since the Toms River Halloween parade isn't happening this year due to COVID, I thought we'd take a look back.
I grew up and went to school in Toms River. The Halloween parade is a big deal. Even if you're not from TR, you know it's a big deal. I've been in quite a few over the years as well. It was either with the radio station or part of the marching band. Shout out to the Toms River East Marching Raiders!
