Toms River Police need your help identifying credit card and identity theft suspect

Toms River Police need your help identifying the man pictured who is a suspect in a credit card theft at the Marquee Movie Theatre that took place on February 8 and in a theft of identity case.

Police describe the suspect as someone in their early 30’s with a stocky build and a med/dark skin tone and dark facial hair.

He is wearing a “NIKE” sweatshirt, dark color pants, sneakers and dark colored head wrap covering his hair.
