New Jersey Roads Make The Worst Roads In America List
A recent nationwide poll has revealed that New Jersey is home to three of the most hated roads in America, including one in the top 10.
The poll was conducted by a car dealership in Florida, and the folks at Gunther Volvo Cars in Daytona Beach got a glimpse of just how dad driving in the Garden State is.
As you might expect, the top three most hated roads in America are in California (US 101, I-5, and I-405), but you don't have to travel far down the list to find New Jersey's worst road.
Which New Jersey Road Is The Most Hated In The State?
According to this survey, enough votes came in for the Garden State Parkway to be named the 10th most hated road in America.

If you haven't guessed already, the top reason for the loathing is summer traffic at the Jersey Shore.
The Parkway wasn't the only New Jersey road to make the list. One other road made the top 25, and surprisingly, it's not The New Jersey Turnpike.
I-80 was voted the 25th most hated road in America, while The New Jersey Turnpike ranked #43.
For a relatively small state, being home to 8% of the top 25 most hated roads in America is a dubious distinction.
