Famous New Jersey Town Featured On Famous ABC Reality Show
*SPOILER ALERTS*
Love is in the air, or it is about to be!
If you have been paying attention to their official Facebook Page, you would know that Season 19 of The Bachelorette will feature a Jersey Shore stud who will be competing for love.
According to NJ.com, there is a little twist for the upcoming season: there isn't just one bachelorette.
There will be TWO and their names are Rachel Recchia and Gabby Windey.
Before we talk about New Jersey getting national attention, let's first learn a little bit about our born-and-raised Jersey guy who will be on the show.
His name is Tyler Norris and pardon me for breaking my professionalism here but he is a total BABE!
According to NJ.com, he is 25 years old and comes from Rio Grande in Cape May County. He graduated from Wildwood Catholic High School and studied business management and exercise science at Cabrini University in Pennsylvania.
Now, Tyler works as a management trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and is the proud business owner of Spirit Ball in Wildwood.
Earlier this week, sources revealed that hometown dates have begun for the cast and Tyler took Rachel to a place all Jersey Shore folk know and love.
According to PhillyVoice.com, they went to Wildwood where the couple got a private experience of Morey's Pier, enjoyed some rides including a spin on the Ferris Wheel and chowed down on some snacks from the local favorite, Curley's Fries.
It is so exciting to know that we will get to see our local favorites on the big screen!
Obviously, I am as nosey as can be and was able to track down some video of Tyler and Rachel on their date!
Could love really be in the air?
They look adorable walking down the boardwalk hand in hand as I am sure we all have done with a romantic interest of ours at some point.
Rachel, I hope the taste of New Jersey you got was delicious. We certainly think so.
The 19th season of The Bachelorette will premiere on July 11th on ABC so you will have to wait a bit to see Wildwood get some national attention, but it's coming!
Something to also think about: if Tyler made it to the hometown dates, that means he has made it pretty far in the love competition.
Looks like Rachel is taking a bigger liking to New Jersey than anyone thought!
Rooting for you Tyler!
Curious on what other shows have given New Jersey the spotlight?
