Wall’s Richard Burlett is our Warrior of the Week
Townsquare Media and the Jay & Linda Grunin Foundation are teaming up to salute our local heroes with our Warrior of the Week program.
Congratulations to Richard Burlett, our Warrior of the Week for the week of December 30th, 2019.
This past Thursday the Wall Township Police Department had a great assignment.
They assisted the Central School with the welcoming home of United States Army SPC Richard Burlett, Bravo Company 1-114 Infantry who had just arrived home from Afghanistan.
With the help of Patrolman Michael Malone and the staff of the Central School, SPC Burlett surprised his younger sister, 5th Grader Jessica Burlett.
I'd like to take this moment to thank all of those military members who will be overseas protecting our country while we are safe at home for the holidays. Sending you love and praying for your return sooner rather than later. I am full of gratitude for the job you have chosen to do. It's a big one, and it doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you for serving the U.S.A.
Congratulations to Richard Burlett, our Warrior of the Week.
Do you know a deserving past or present military member? Nominate them now. Every Military Monday, we’ll share one of the nominations and honor that person as our Warrior of the Week.
