Family Fun Awaits: Visit Cape May County Zoo's New Red Panda

Aww!!  This is so exciting.

If you've never been to the Cape May County Park & Zoo, it's a must-visit this summer.

It really is worth the drive from anywhere in New Jersey. It's home to around 550 animals representing 250 species, and is one of the best family attractions in the Garden State. I just love it there!

And now there's an adorable new reason to visit.

Dr. Wallace, better known as "Wally," a red panda who arrived at the zoo in May, recently celebrated his first birthday, and you can now see him in the rear panda yard.

You can still see Ember, the zoo’s other red panda, in the front panda yard.

I can't wait to go this summer and say hi!

The Cape May County Park is open daily, from 7 am to dusk, and the Zoo is open from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm.

The zoo is FREE, but donations are always welcome.
