Warning Issued for New Jersey Shore

A warning has been issued for the Jersey Shore.

The National Weather Service has issued the following:

A HIGH RIP CURRENT RISK...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING.

A high rip current risk implies that the wave and wind conditions will support the development of dangerous rip currents.

These rip currents will be life threatening to anyone who enters the surf.
