We wake up to some fresh snow once again this morning along the Jersey Shore. So how will it affect your morning commute?

This is becoming almost a daily event this winter. Last night's snow dropped 1-2 inches of snow around the area. The snow seems to be the light, fluffy kind, making it at least a little easier to clean off the car.

Early reports in say the main roadways are in pretty good shape since crews have had all the overnight hours to work on them, but still be aware there could be slippery spots just about anywhere. Many secondary roads have not been cleared.

The good new is that the forecast doesn't call for any more snow in our area until at least Wednesday night, and as far as this winter goes, that's a pretty long stretch. Remember to stay updated on all the school information with Point Stormwatch.
