Eating right doesn’t have to be so difficult. I mean I know many of us get to work and get hungry and wind up eating Lisa’s birthday cupcakes, Peter’s chips and queso, and Pam’s chocolate pretzels left over from her son’s graduation party. (all names are made up) In reality, snacking at work doesn’t have to be loaded with junk food. Let me introduce you to my “SNACKLE BOX”. See what I did there? LOL Prep time doesn’t really take long, so you have no excuses.

I found this box at a dollar store. It has different compartments in it that are removable. Reminds me of a tackle box but for snacks!  As some of you may know I am on the Ketogenic Diet and I fluctuate between Clean, Lazy and Dirty Keto. Today’s picture is based on Lazy Keto. Here are some ideas of what you can put in your “SNACKLE BOX”.
