White Claw Pizza is Now a Thing

White Claw hard seltzer is so popular that we now have Bud Light, and Corona seltzers trying to catch up on the trend. I'll never pass on a cold White Claw, but White Claw pizza is another story.

National chain Blaze Pizza is selling 'White Claw Pizza' for one day only, Thursday, June 18. They have locations in Bound Brook and Clark that are open for carryout. According to the Google, the Manalapan location is temporarily closed.

So, what exactly is White Claw pizza? The company says that they are using the mango flavor of White Claw and incorporating it into their pie crusts.

Blaze's Executive chef Brad Kent told People that he was drinking a can of White Claw and:

I thought, "Why not make dough with this instead of filtered water?"

Why not? The White Claw Pizza will be topped with red sauce, mozzarella, jalapeño, roasted red peppers, pineapple, and arugula.

Is this something you would try? I'm a "don't knock it until you try it" kind of guy, but when it comes to pizza, I'm old school.

Calling all Jersey Shore pizzerias! Since this pizza won't be available to us, is there a pizza joint that is brave enough to step up and give this White Claw Pizza a shot? Apparently, all it requires is using mango White Claw in the pizza dough instead of filtered water.
