I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for your support of our "Point In Time" show yesterday at Jenkinson's Pavilion in Point Pleasant Beach.
Liz and I are kicking off a special broadcast that will last 13 hours. The show is called "A Point In Time" and is a look back at some unbelievable stories from people who were on the front lines protecting us and our communities as well as a look ahead to the progress of our rebuilding process.
Dean Nelson, owner of Dean's Natural Food Markets in Ocean Township and Shrewsbury is helping Hometown Heroes in their effort to help our neighbors all over Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
Lou and Liz will be doing their show live all day from Jenkinson's in Point Pleasant Beach this coming Monday, March 25th starting at 6am. The show will be a look back at the devastation of Sandy and a look ahead to the first steps of restoration of the shore.
Early Sunday morning we'll spring ahead and the Jersey Shore's best time of year will get underway. We've never needed the flowers of spring or the warmth of the summer more than this year. Spinging ahead this year is more meaningful than ever.
Hometown Heroes has been working tirelessly to help Hurricane Sandy victims all over the Jersey Shore and on Sunday, so many of you came out to Jersey Shore Arena in Farmingdale to help them.
Hometown Heroes is an organization that is really getting out there to help those in need in ther wake of Hurricane Sandy, and with each passing day, the need seems to be getting greater.

The silver linings of Superstorm Sandy was getting to meet people who are dedicated to being there for those in need. The great group at Hometown Heroes certainly fits into that category.
