4 Ways To Help The FoodBank

The Jersey Shore has a legendary and well deserved reputation of being incredibly generous and always willing to help a neighbor. Today we present 4 ways you can help the FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties help our neighbors.

Donate food...of course, the goal is to provide food for those in need, so please donate if you can. The FoodBank accepts donations Monday thru Friday, from 8am to 4pm at the facility located at 3300 Route 66 in Neptune. Get a list of most needed food items.

Volunteer...The FoodBank serves over 131,000 people, so if you can volunteer some time it wold be a huge help. Get all the details on volunteering here.

Donate funds...96 cents of every dollar donated goes directly to programs that alleviate hunger and build food-secure communities, and for every $30 donated, the FoodBank can provide 90 meals. Find out more about how to donate funds.
