Whether you want to donate your gently-used furniture and home goods or are in need of anything from kitchen cabinets to washer/dryers, put ReStore on your go-to list.

This 'thrift' shop for home goods (from decor and appliances to entire kitchens, lighting, and indoor/outdoor furniture) also allows those doing home renovations to donate their 'gently used' cabinets, etc. instead of dumping them, which gives those who can't afford 'new stuff' to shop for finds that are in great shape!

It's a win-win. PLUS, the difference here is that any profits made by ReStore go to Coastal Habitat for Humanity to help build and renovate homes for those in need in the coastal towns of Monmouth County!

Coastal Habitat helps those in need from single moms raising young kids on small salaries in need of a home of their own, to the elderly on a fixed, limited income who aren't capable of fixing up their own homes.

What a great reason to shop here...and there is free parking in their lot, I might add! (Plus plenty on the street with no meter required.)

ReStore is located on Memorial Drive in Asbury Park, ow with new hours, a new layout, and new prices! They are open Wednesdays through Saturdays from 10 am - 4 pm, and on Sundays from Noon - 4 pm. (Masks and social distancing are required.)

Now accepting donations of lightly used furniture, housewares lighting, and outdoor furniture.

And if anyone is interested in volunteering for ReStore and Coastal Habitat, you can reach out to Kim Sambade, the director of volunteer services: ksambade@coastalhabitat.org, or call 732-988-7044. You can also call this number to make a donation.

Kim says "ReStore is off to a great start! Our reopen has brought lots of new and dedicated shoppers who have missed us. We are all safe and socially distant and happy to be back."

ReStore will also be hosting weekly themed sales, so follow along on IG @coastalhabitatforhumanityrestore or HERE ON FACEBOOK!

So SHOP, DONATE AND VOLUNTEER at Coastal Habitat's ReStore!
