A Stand-Alone Starbucks is Coming to Brick

FINALLY!!!!! I have wondered why Brick doesn't have a free-standing Starbucks.

Starbucks has received approval to build a coffee house in Brick -- in fact it was a unanimous decision from the planning board!

It will be located on Brick Blvd inside the jug handle area near the Stop & Shop/Burlington Coat Factory (Bay Harbor shopping plaza.)

As much as my boys and I frequent the Barns & Noble Starbucks in Brick.....it's NOT the same as having a beautiful, full Starbucks. These new-builds have a GORGEOUS atmosphere but the BEST part is that there is an outlet near practically every seat to plug in and charge your devices (and connect to free WiFi! No more fighting for the one or two outlets inside the B&N....or just dealing with the small space inside Target.

This new Starbucks will have a drive-thru and outdoor seating and will be built in the spot that once was a gas station.

You'll be able to enter off of both the jug handle and Brick Blvd.

The only downside is that it's not slated for the building of this Starbucks to begin until at least the spring or summer of 2019, so you'll have to be patient for a while longer.
