According to Google, nearly 150 million adults now include walking as part of their active lifestyle. That shows just how popular “walking” has become. Once you decide that you want to “walk” the next thing is where. Many times April and I decide to just walk out the door and around our neighborhood. We have our circuit and we make our way through our neighborhood. It’s scenic and relaxing….serves the purpose.
