Amazon Fresh grocery store is coming to Eatontown

The upcoming store will be on Route 35 in Eatontown, Monmouth County.

No word yet on when it will open, but they're already advertising the fact that they're offering $16 per hour.

Amazon Fresh is already changing the way things are done.

It was a super cool concept, but stores are getting rid of the "Just Walk Out' service.

Have you heard of it?

If it worked it would be awesome, but unfortunately, it didn't.

Customers didn't have to check out.

They were sent a receipt after they left the store and charged for the items removed from the shelves.

You didn't have to bother going to a register.

NJ.com Reports:

Just Walk Out isn’t going away everywhere. The company said it will remain in use at Amazon Go stores and by some third-party retailers, such as those found at sports stadiums and conference centers.

They now offer the Amazon Dash Cart which is also pretty cool.

Shoppers select the item they want, scan it on an Amazon Dash Cart camera, and place it in the cart.

According to Amazon Fresh it "enables customers to skip check-out lines by using a combination of computer vision and sensor fusion to help identify items placed in a cart."

If it makes my shopping experience faster I'm all for it.

I want to get in and out as fast as I can!
