R.I.P. to the Sears that was once at Seaview Square Shopping Center.

But now it is time to start talking about what will be taking its place.

It has just been announced that At Home, the home decor chain, has signed a lease and will be opening a store on the first floor of the now-empty Sears building.

Eventually, Seaview Square will open a store that is a combination of Marshalls and HomeGoods along with a Homesense and a Sierra Trading Post.

This means that this Jersey Shore hot spot will be one of the only locations in the country to have four stores owned by the TJX brands in one plaza.

So to amazing shopping trips and beyond!
