Help Our Veterans & Attend The Brielle PBA Food Truck Festival
Nicole with Patrolman Robert Clayton
Coming up this Saturday, June 8th from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Green Acres Park is The Brielle PBA Food Truck Festival. (Rain date: Sunday, June 9th)
President of PBA Local 395 & Patrolmen Robert Clayton came to the 94.3 The Point studio to give us the inside scoop!
Admission to the festival itself is FREE. However, it does cost $20.00 to get into the beer garden but that will include a FREE bottomless beer mug.
There will also be a nice variety of food for you to try. The food trucks that will be present are Mexi-Flip Taco Truck, Scuba and the Beast, Dogs Gone Wild, Sweet Carolina Barbecue Company, and Hoffman's Ice Cream. Um...YUM!
Not to mention, you can stuff your face for a good cause. All of the event's proceeds will be donated to Paws 4 Vets.
According to their website, "The paws4vets Assistance Dog Placement Program provides customized Assistance Dogs to Veterans, Service Members, and their dependents with physical, neurological, psychiatric, or emotional disabilities."
The event will also have activities for kids, music, entertainment, and more.
