NHL legend Mark Messier finished his first ever marathon in 4 hours, 14 minutes and 21 seconds. The New York Daily News reported that he was put into a wheelchair and taken for a medical assessment due to exhaustion upon completing the race, but after receiving liquids, the 50 year-old quickly recovered.
