Covenant House New Jersey is preparing a series of Sleep Outs to throughout the Garden State, including one in Asbury Park.

Covenant House New Jersey is raising money to offer residential care and services to help our state's youth who have suffered abuse, neglect, abandonment, homelessness and human trafficking, according to their website.

So, how can you help. You can become a part of their Sleep Out series, or sponsor someone who is. Here are just some of the dates for the upcoming Sleep Outs around the Garden State.

Sleep Out: Young Professionals... Friday, March 22, 2019. Covenant House New Jersey, Newark 7:00pm to 7:00am.

Sleep Out: Women Unite...Friday April 26, 2019. Covenant House New Jersey, Newark 7:00pm to 7:00am.

Sleep Out: Asbury Park Community Edition...Friday, May 17, 2019. Trinity Church, Asbury Park 8:00pm to 7:00am.

There are also Sleep Outs in Camden, Atlantic City and Cranford as well as additional ones in Newark, so check the complete schedule for all the details.
