We hope that we can help create some new unforgettable moments in everyone’s home in a way that only the magic of Disney can,” said Karey Burke, president of ABC Entertainment.

Here is everything you need to know so you and your family can be ready to have a ball with all your favorite characters:

WHEN: The Disney Family Singalong is going to air on Thursday, April 16th at 8:00 PM ET.

WHERE TO WATCH ON TV: It is going to be shown on ABC.

WHERE TO STREAM: You can also stream this special on ABC's website. The special will be made available on Twitter, Youtube and Hulu after it airs.

HOST: This one-hour-long special is going to be hosted by Ryan Seacrest.

WHO: Get ready to hear from some of the biggest celebrities who will be taking on their favorite Disney songs from Disney classics like Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, Moana, Toy Story and so much more.

Confirmed artists set to perform include: Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, Christina Aguilera, Kristin Chenoweth, Thomas Rhett and Michael Buble.

You can also expect appearances from: Alan Menken, John Stamos, Elle Fanning, Josh Groban, Tori Kelly, Raven-Symoné, Dove Cameron, Sofia Carson, Auliʻi Cravalho, Jordan Fisher, Darren Criss and Josh Gad

It has already been confirmed that the cast of High School Musical -- aka Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Corbin Bleu, Monique Coleman, Lucas Grabeel and Zac Efron -- is going to reunite for this big Disney event!
