Duran Duran's first album was released in 1981, and 30 years and 13 albums later, they are still going strong. Their latest release, "All You Need Is Now" is more trippy and psychedelic than most of their radio hits, but their live show? One word says it all.

Incredible. When Duran Duran took the stage at the Borgata Event Center in Atlantic City on October 30th, the crowd was ready to party. A lot of people were dressed in their best Halloween costumes, and many of us had braved snow, ice, and horrendous road conditions to get there.

The band actually got there a little late because of the storm, but they made up for it with a stellar performance. There was a solid setlist with the group playing just about every single one of their hits, and a few of the best tracks from their new album:

BEFORE THE RAIN
PLANET EARTH
A VIEW TO A KILL
ALL YOU NEED IS NOW
LEAVE A LIGHT ON
COME UNDONE
REFLEX
TIGER TIGER
IS THERE SOMETHING?
GIRL PANIC
ORDINARY WORLD
SAFE
NOTORIOUS – INTROS
HUNGRY LIKE THE WOLF
SUNRISE
[encore]
WILD BOYS
RIO

They got the crowd involved in the show several times throughout the night, and Simon LeBon's voice was ON POINT. The man's got pipes.

Highlight of the night though, for sure? My friend Liz and I got to go backstage to meet the band before the show. It was a quick meet and greet, barely enough time to quickly say hi to them all and snap a picture...but I will never forget the moment that Roger Taylor looked at me and said, "Oh I love your hat" and after seeing my shock, Nick Rhodes chimed in and said, "Oh yeah, it's very DD!" Could have knocked me over with a feather...all while Simon LeBon has his arms firmly planted on my friends shoulders in the picture.

Great guys. Great show. Great night.
