Firebirds Wood Fired Grill Opening at Monmouth Mall

A new restaurant is about to heat up the Monmouth Mall!

Firebirds describes their cuisine as "very classic American with a southwestern flare." The chain will open its doors at the Monmouth Mall on February 10 next to the newly opened Noodles & Co. This will be their 2nd New Jersey location.

So what makes Firebirds unique? All of their menu items from steak to seafood to chicken and ribs are cooked on their signature wood fired grill. And unlike many other chains, they Firebirds will use as much local New Jersey produce as possible.

Inside the restaurant will be a full bar, huge wine selection and massive fireplace. When the weather gets nicer, diners will be able to enjoy their food outside.

With Firebirds open kitchen, they promise "dinner and a show" every time you dine.
