1926. Charles Jenkinson purchased some property in Point Pleasant Beach.

1928. Jenkinson's Pavilion was open for business.

1949. Miniature train ride is open to connect the Inlet facilities to the Pavilion.

late 1970's Pasquale "Pat" Storino purchased Jenkinson's holdings and immediately began renovations, including an arcade and restaurant.

1978. Dinner theater was opened.

1980. Waterslide complex opened

1989. Fire destroys Pavilion but is rebuilt as a 1200 seat pavilion

1991. Jenkinson's Aquarium is opened.

1998. Fun House is opened.
