Lakewood BlueClaws Season Begins

We love to focus in on those signs of spring and summer's arrival here at the Jersey Shore, and this is a big one.

The brand new Lakewood BlueClaws season begins today. Hello summertime! And since they start the season on the road, we have something else to look forward to. The home opener at FirstEnergy Park is a week from today!

The BlueClaws first games of the season are on the road against Lexington and Hagerstown, and then they return to Lakewood for their first home game next Thursday, April 14th against Greensboro.

Nothing says family fun at the Jersey Shore like the sounds of FirstEnergy Park, like the cheering crowd, the stadium announcer and the crack of the bat hitting the ball, not to mention the taste of hot dogs and hot pretzels. Now that's summer!
