Top 3 Moments With The Harlem Globetrotters

The Harlem Globetrotters are coming to town and they are always so much fun for the whole family. It's always great memories when you see the Globetrotters.

I have had a very unique, up-close experience with the Globetrotters over the past few years. I've had the chance to be a guest ref, and yes, I have actually had the opportunity to play against one of the greatest basketball teams to ever play.

I have so many great memories with the Globetrotters, but I was able to come up with my Top 3 Globetrotters memories. Here they are:

(3) Hey, those are my shorts! Yes, it happened to me. I was on the foul line and one of the Globetrotters pulled my uniform shorts up to my chest. Not a good look.

(2) Clear lane...not! One year when I was playing them, they promised me an open lay up. When I attempted it, a very tall Globetrotter swooped in and slapped the ball into the second row!

(1) Score! During one game vs. the Globetrotters, I tried to score on a lay up. That wasn't a good idea. When they all started laying down on the court laughing at me, I took advantage and hit a lay up. i scored against the Harlem Globetrotters!

The Harlem Globetrotters are in town at the Collins Arena at Brookdale Community College March 14th and 15th at 7:00pm.
