We are very close to the legalization of marijuana in New Jersey but that is not stopping local Jersey Shore towns from voicing their opposition.

Various towns have already passed some sort of ban where even if marijuana is legalized, there will be restrictions in tact for nearly 10 percent of towns in the state.

If legalization is passed, these bans do not affect those who are at least 21 years old who are in possession of small amounts of weed and who choose to smoke it in their private residences.

These bans will, however, be able to prevent marijuana business from growing and selling certain limits.
