Meet Misty

Our Point Pet of the Week was rescued by the Monmouth County SPCA from a kennel in the south where she would have been killed.

Misty is easy to fall in love with. She is totally friendly, about 4 years old, and looks like she might have some Greyhound genes in her (she can certainly run like one!)

One of the volunteers at the MCSPCA often takes Misty along for a morning jog. And this precious dog also loves to snuggle!

Misty loves it when you pet her and will lean against you for extra attention. She is very sweet and loving and, if she had her way, would be getting people to pet her all day long!

This beautiful girl loves people and is always happy. Her tail is constantly wagging, and she is calm and gentle. She knows some basic commands and is very well-behaved.

The SPCA will be at MJs of Neptune for WoofStock: peace, love & lots of adorable adoptable dogs this Saturday, August 8th, Noon - 4 pm, at 3205 Rt. 66. This is an all-ages, pet-friendly event so bring everyone! It's also a great chance to see if your dog would get along with Misty!
