The pothole killers are "huge spray-injecting patching machines", according to newsinnj.com.  Potholes can be filled with the driver of the vehicle actually remaining inside it. The "pothole killer" injects a filler into the pothole with a robotic arm. There are an estimated 1 million potholes in New Jersey.

The Department of Transportation still needs your help. If you encounter a pothole, they want you to report it by calling (800) POTHOLE, or by visiting njcommuter.com and going to the section named Pedestrian/Highway Maintenance Reporting.

All those potholes are a clear reminder of a bad winter, but the "pothole killer" is on the way to fix that!
