The always interesting Stacker crunched the data from all the vacation towns in America and boiled it down to the most seasonal of them all.

The town that topped the list was Dewey Beach, Delaware, where 98.3% of the homes are seasonal. Now that is a deserted town in the winter.
The top New Jersey town on the list is Barnegat Light, and the percentage of homes there that are seasonal is a cool 97.2%.
New Jersey Towns That Are Mostly Seasonal Residences
The other Garden State town that made the list was Longport, with a percentage of 96.4%.
