Do I have a sweet treat for you!

Over this past weekend, I was very lucky to attend the grand opening for Value City Furniture's newest location in Howell. (Same plaza as Target and Lowe's)

As a part of the grand opening festivities, I was introduced to a pretty cool business concept that is really taking off at the Shore.

It is called the My Treat Truck and they are based in Freehold!

Here is what they are all about.

It is a truck filled with every piece of chocolate or candy you have ever seen in your entire life. I am talking Hershey's, Crunch, Twizzlers, Sour Patch, Jaw Breakers, Blow Pops, M&M's....if I list everything, we will be here for a while.

It is basically a portable candy store that comes to you.

Their slogan is: "Big Events Need Big Candy" and I agree 100%.

They can be hired for birthday parties, weddings, corporate events, sweet sixteens or if you are getting a sweet tooth craving on a Thursday.

All of the candy participants are given a bag and they fill it up with all their favorite sweet treats.

But wait, that is not all.

They have heaters in the back of the truck so you can order lunch or dinner to accompany the copious dessert.

As long as the food spot is local, they will pick up your food, keep it warm and then bring it all to the event so everything is handled FOR you.
