Of course, we had to eliminate celebrities who have already passed, so even though I'd love to have a meal with greats like Whitney Houston and Frank Sinatra, that won't be happening.

If I made this list every year, I'm sure it would have changed 20 times. When they ruled the music world, Jon Bon Jovi and Bruce Springsteen would have made the list for sure.

As the years went by, the list naturally evolved. So who are the five New Jersey celebrities I’d love to have lunch with this year?
