Angel

In a benefit show open to all ages, you can see the guy Lou and Liz first had on the air in a surprise Christmas gift to serenade Liz!

Angel Vigier and his single mom and nine siblings moved around quite a bit before they settled in Long Branch. Growing up in Elizabeth, Angel always had a knack for singing and that has led him to becoming an award-winning vocalist. He came in first place at the McDonalds Gospel Fest at the Prudential Center in Newark.

Angel's voice lives up to his namesake and he began a new project in 2013, combining his voice with a pop retro sound that has been making heads turn since the very early stages of his career playing on the Asbury Park boardwalk in the summer for a few extra dollars.

Angel is a very exciting new artist just beginning to burst onto the music scene. Make sure you check him out!

Angel Vigier, along with other talented artists Mike Rainone, Kohn, No More Pain, Homeless Apians, Taylor Tote, The Defectives, and Bone Marrow, will be performing this Saturday, February 21st.

Doors open to all ages at 7 pm with a $15 entrance fee at the Stone Pony on Ocean Ave. in Asbury Park. This is a Shorehouse Benefit Show. Shore House is dedicated to building a community of hope and support for those with mental illness. For advance tickets, call 732-924-5900.

Angel has a new song coming out, but he sang live to Liz and the morning show listeners  a couple of months ago...and his voice is absolutely amazing! Such a great young talent! Listen to this:
