Lacey Township Teen Competes For The American Ninja Title

This is outstanding! A local Ocean County Teen is competing for the American Ninja Warrior title. Lacey Township sophomore Ava Colasanti is competing in Season 13 of American Ninja Warrior, which will air on NBC. What a fantastic thrill for this Lacey Lion to be competing on a national platform like American Ninja Warrior.

The competition is extreme and only the finest athletes are able to make it through this one. It's a test of endurance, strength, agility, and stamina. American Ninja is unlike any other sporting competition and it's you, the obstacle course, and the clock. I had a chance to reach out to the Colasanti family and discuss this year's championship. Ava just left Tuesday for Tacoma, Washington, and will compete on Friday for qualifiers. American Ninja will premiere on NBC on May 31st.

Ava said “I am so excited to be competing on American Ninja Warrior. It is a dream come true! I can’t wait to hit that buzzer!”

Due to Covid restrictions, only one parent will travel with Ava while the other (Mom) will be watching from the video sideline at home in Lacey Township on Friday. We wanna wish Ava we'll and we will be cheering her on! The Colasanti Family will keep us up to date and how Ava does Friday. It's amazing just to make it this far, but we know she will go ALL THE WAY! Bringing the title home to Ocean County! GOOD LUCK AVA!
