What The Peaceful Protests In Toms River & Asbury Park Looked Like

After the death of George Floyd, there have been countless protests that have or will take place across the United States of America...and for very good reason.

Today has therefore become labeled Black Out Tuesday to show that we, as a country, are not okay with the racial injustices that continue to happen here in the USA.

But did you notice that a majority of news outlets report on the violent protests more than anything?

There have been countless PEACEFUL protests that have taken place that I have not seen discussed on the news.

So here it is. The amazing Jersey Shore residents who have come together peacefully for change.

I will never be able to understand what it is like to be on the receiving end of racism, bigotry and hatred. But what I can offer below are photos that show that we are headed in a positive direction that has one thing in mind: change.

These positive and peaceful protests are something we want to continue to shine a spotlight on here at 94.3 The Point.
