Perfect Circle Rainbow Forms Over Niagara Falls [VIDEO]

Well this is pretty neat...check out the video of this enormous full-circle double rainbow that formed over Niagara Falls!

It was captured at the Skylon Tower restaurant on the Canadian side of the Falls. Cool!

But...if it's a complete circle...where does the pot of gold go??
