Rook Coffee Opens in Colts Neck

Popular local coffee chain Rook Coffee is expanding again with the opening of their 8th store!

The newest location opened today in The Orchards at Colts Neck plaza at 340 Rt. 34 N (at the intersection of Rt. 537) in Colts Neck. The store will be open daily from 6 a.m.- 4 p.m.

It's no secret that my favorite thing at Rook is the New Orleans-style Cold Brew coffee and their delicious fig butter on a roll...but I totally suggest trying all the different blends until you find what you like.

Rook is not exactly your typical coffeehouse. There are no seats to hang out. No sugary, frozen drinks. It's just really good, made-to-order coffee, and a few delicious carb-y offerings to go with it.

As of now, all of Rook's locations are in Monmouth County, but at this rate, who knows how far that bird will fly! The good news is, they ship their beans anywhere.
