Scientists have developed a new kind of broccoli that's being specially grown to include two-to-three times the normal amount of heart disease-fighting nutrients. To develop this new super vegetable, scientists cross-bred regular British broccoli with a Sicilian strain. It's called Beneforte, and is available in select markets in California and Texas, but will be coming to our area later this fall. Now why can't scientists develop a PIZZA that fights cancer and heart disease?!!!
