A Popular Fast Food Chain is Paying Managers $100,000 a Year
A fast-food chain with a ton of locations at the Jersey Shore is making people second guess their career choices.
Taco Bell is going to start paying general managers in some company-owned Northeast locations $100,000 a year according to the Los Angeles Times. This is not a promotion or gimmick. This is Taco Bell's way of finding good employees and keeping them.
The current salary for Taco Bell management isn't bad as it stands. The LA Times reports it's anywhere between 50 to 80k a year at company-owned stores.
Moreover, in the past, only managers at Taco Bell received paid sick time. That's about to change. All employees that are with the company for at least 90 days to get at least 24 hours of paid sick leave.
The only way this could get better is with an all you can eat Chalupa clause in your employment agreement!
