This Chinese Restaurant Crowned As The Best In New Jersey

You had me at duck sauce.  Chinese food is always good, but I crave it most when it starts to get chilly outside.  I start dreaming of warm rice and hot soup, noodles, and vegetables with savory sauces.  I also insist on sesame seeds being sprinkled on top for some reason.  They don't taste like anything, but they just make me happy.  

Not all Chinese food is created equal, and there is nothing worse than having a craving and ending up in a restaurant that just doesn't get the job done. Before we get to the best Chinese restaurant in all of New Jersey, I want to give my South Jersey and Philly peeps some love!

If you're in the Pennsylvania area, it’s all about Han Dynasty in Philly.  This spot is right in the heart of things on Chestnut Street and it has Sichuan food on lock. It is a beautiful spot too, perfect for a date night out. They have some of the best spicy dan dan noodles in history.  Come and get it, they are serving it up right!

OK, drumroll please...the best Chinese food in New Jersey crown goes to the epic Hunan Taste!  You just have to look at the beauty on the outside, to imagine the attention to detail on the inside.

In New Jersey, there is one place that we keep hearing about over and over. You have got to try Hunan Taste in Denville.  I’ve been there many times and it is simply the best. The Hsiung family opened it back in the 80’s and people have been coming back ever since.  They have a second location in Montclair too.  Their Grand Marnier shrimp is to die for and they have a unique flair to their food I’ve just never seen before.  They celebrate the traditional but add just a little something special.
