This Great Guy is Grand Marshal of Asbury’s St. Paddy’s Parade

I often refer to Tom Hayes as one of our morning show's BFFs :)

The Asbury Park St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee has chosen Tom Hayes as the 2020 Grand Marshal.

You may know him best from being a friend of our morning show and the sponsor of our NJNG Asbury Park Boardwalk Studio. He's with us every Friday morning on the boardwalk in Asbury Park as we do our show live from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

Tom is the Director of Customer & Community Relations for NJNG. He is responsible for community outreach and managing the NJNG Charity arm. He also serves as the liaison with the NJ Board of Public Utilities. Tom is a great champion of many of our area's non-profits that are helping keep those in need in the spotlight so that we can help them.

Tom and his incredible team handle numerous programs to better the lives of those who live in the NJNG service area.

On Thursday evening (March 5th) the parade committee will be honoring Tom Hayes at the Grand Marshal dinner at McLoone’s Supper Club with a fireworks display on the beach to follow!

Tom raised his family in Asbury Park and has worked tirelessly through the years to support local businesses and bring Asbury Park back to life. He is truly one of the good guys and a perfect person to choose for Grand Marshal of the parade this Sunday (March 8th, 2020.)
