Tourist Captures Amazing Video of Giraffe Chasing Jeep

Some things just don't seem like scenes from a movie, even when you know they are real.

This video shows one of those moments!

Henk Roos was in South Africa attending a wedding, and his group decided to go on a safari ride afterwards.

It was all fine until what Roos describes as a 'hormonal' giraffe started chasing their jeep! You can see one of his fellow passengers looking terrified as the giraffe gets closer and closer...

After 30 terrifying seconds, the giraffe gives up on the chase. Roos said on YouTube,

'After about 5km of being chased I started recording the chase on my phone. You can see how he gets closer and closer after every turn. We started to run out of road and the ranger banged on the side of the jeep to scare him off. We started to make a noise and he stopped.'

That's sure to be a memorable trip!
